How To Use This Page

This list reflects the providers currently referenced in the product and deployment configuration. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

Current Subprocessors And Providers

OpenAI
Purpose: AI model processing for bot responses, extraction, classification, and embeddings where enabled.

Postmark
Purpose: transactional email delivery, including magic-link login and operational notifications where enabled.

Twilio
Purpose: SMS delivery for notifications where enabled.

Supabase
Purpose: hosted Postgres and storage services where used for production deployment and file storage.

Railway
Purpose: application and API hosting infrastructure.

Vercel
Purpose: marketing site and, depending on environment, web application hosting infrastructure.

Typical Data Categories Involved

Depending on the feature and provider, subprocessors may process categories such as:

• names, email addresses, phone numbers, and business details;
• conversation and messaging content;
• uploaded documents and knowledge-base content;
• technical metadata, delivery metadata, and logs;
• account, authentication, and session-related information.
