Thriv-Ly is operated by THRIVLY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17111377 and registered office at 57 Stanborough Avenue, WD6 5LX, United Kingdom.

The service
Thriv-Ly is a software platform for SMEs to manage conversations, capture leads, support bookings, use business knowledge bases, and access operational insights and AI-assisted workflows.
Some features may be in pilot, limited release, or changed over time.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping access credentials, owner keys, staff access, and login links secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our breach.
You must promptly notify us if you believe your account or access links have been compromised.
Acceptable use
You must not use Thriv-Ly to:
- break the law or facilitate unlawful conduct;
- store, send, or process harmful, abusive, infringing, or deceptive content;
- interfere with the service, security, or availability of the platform;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data;
- use the platform to send spam or unauthorised communications.
Customer data
You are responsible for the content and data you or your users submit to Thriv-Ly, including business data, knowledge-base content, conversations, leads, bookings, and end-customer data.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that data with the service.
AI-assisted features
Thriv-Ly includes AI-assisted features. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific use case. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and for decisions made using the service.
Thriv-Ly is not intended to provide legal, medical, or financial advice.
Fees and billing
Paid features or plans may be subject to separate pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation terms presented during checkout or in your account.
We may suspend or restrict paid features where payment is overdue, reversed, or fraudulent.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Thriv-Ly available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, modify, or discontinue features from time to time.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if required for security, legal compliance, non-payment, abuse, breach of these terms, or to protect the service, our users, or third parties.
You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
Intellectual property
Thriv-Ly and its underlying software, branding, and materials remain the property of THRIVLY LTD or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim implied warranties where permitted, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, THRIVLY LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
